TEFASCO

a mere 30-minute drive
from the downtown

TEFASCO started operations in November 1977
in augmentation to the City Government’s
port in Sasa which was experiencing berth
congestion at the time when exportation of
lumber and other agricultural products were
at its peak. For the satisfaction of its port users,
TEFASCO is operating 24/7, observing only three
holidays (New Year, Good Friday & Christmas Day) in a year.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Biggest Cement Discharging Port of Mindanao
Due to the great increase in infrastructure development in Davao City and the rest of the island, TEFASCO has become the Mindanao hub for cement imports from Vietnam. The cement, approximately 20,000 tons per month, is unloaded and rebagged in warehouses adjacent to the wharf.
First to do Bulk Fertilizer Bagging
We are the very first in Davao City to do bagging of fertilizer in bulk including its transhipment to other nations. We are also the first to own and manage a ship-to-shore crane in Davao City. Additionally, yours truly is the only company to have warehouses (under ILAECO) across the wharf for quick and convenient storage logistics.
